I have worked in SAP Basis since 2019 on large landscapes: support packages, transports, system copies, tuning, monitoring, migrations and the cutover weekends that come with them.

Over the last few years my work has moved towards the newer half of the platform: BTP landscape design, identity and single sign-on, Clean Core, SAP Cloud ALM and SAP’s AI services.

I spent six years in Rome, at P&A Solutions and then at Accenture as a team lead. Since 2026 I have lived and worked in Lugano.

National rail operator

HR system converted to S/4HANA on RISE

A 3 TB HR system serving 85,000 employees taken from ECC to S/4HANA: VM sizing, SUM DMO, source database export, manual post-activities, SAP ECS start-up on RISE and post-go-live support. A BW/4 upgrade ran alongside.

Landscape migration from HEC to Azure

SAP CRM rebuilt on Azure and cut over with HANA System Replication from HEC: Web Dispatcher configuration, connection tests from the surrounding systems, backups on both HANA instances, and disaster recovery configured and tested.

SAP BW rebuilt from scale-out to scale-up

Full backup of a BW 1.0 scale-out estate, a clean install in scale-up mode on dedicated infrastructure, restore, then progressive upgrades through BW 2021 to BW 2023.
